I want to print roll to roll to manufacture our own products.
Ok thanks for the reply. Any thoughts on the difference between the vinyl and PVC leather?
Is anyone printing on faux leather? What are the results like? What sort of times and temps are you using? Is there any types it won't work with.
is was going to buy some and do some tests but...
Ok, thanks for the advice I'll have a look at papers you've suggested.
We have tried different papers like texprint and truepixs but they never seemed to release the ink enough to penetrate the pile of the fabrics, where as inktec paper does. But that comes at a cost,...
Hi, I'm printing on an Epson F6000 dye sublimation printer and using a paper take up to roll the printed paper back up. The problem I'm having is drying the ink in time before it starts rolling back...

Thanks
Hi Skye,
Yes where the white edge of the paper is pressing onto the mug the mug is turning pink. I've tried trimming very close to the edge but the little bit thats left is leaving a pink edge. ...
Really good quality. Solid finger jointed pine. Just a small family business. Not as cheap as the imported stuff but a much better product overall. A solid heavy frame. We use a 7880 epson. We are...
Hi,
I have printed tonnes of mugs without any problems. I have been using true pix paper for ages. I have just started using it on my large format 24" epson 7890 instead of my little Ricoh a 4...
We get our frames from stretcherbarsframesandmounts.co.uk. All made in margate, kent, much better than the Chinese rubbish you can buy. Great quality. They can make any size and there is no...
Craked it! you was right Pisquee it was the paper, the results are so much better. Your right about the ink sitting on the paper and letting it dry. Thank you for all your help.
Here is some of the results I'm getting, the one in the middle was pressed on a hard bed with no foam. The others are pressed on the aluminium sheet on top of the foam.

Answered this in the other post but this is our setup from top to bottom. PTFE sheet, plain paper (to stop the print coming trough to the PTFE sheet) print, fabric, aluminium sheet, foam layer then...
We've always used it with other products as I thought you needed to and to stop the print coming through to the heated plate. Do you not find that a problem? Is ok for the heated plate to press...
Are they 50x74cm? Do you think it would effect the print if there was join, if they are not big enough!
I'm using a PTFE sheet but When I sublimate onto the fabric the ripples from the PTFE sheet can be seen in the actual print on the fabric, is there an alternative to PTFE or how to overcome the...
