Neil Brothers are great quality Orca mugs. We haven't got any left at the moment. We buy pallets from them when our own mugs from China are out of stock. From their packaging, we may have the same...
We got these in a while ago but they were a bit of a faff so they've been sitting in the corner for a while. We were using silicone wraps and sublimating them up to 3 at a time in the oven.
They...
I do mine in a Freesub ST-110.

SG400 doesn't use PowerDriver, it use Sawgrass Print Manager, which is pants. The link to download the software is in the box the inks came in.
SG500 is rubbish because of the SPM software. Epson printhead longevity is an issue. I'd still be happy to buy one of these if they ever hit the market. I wish HP or Canon would jump on the dyesub...
Our last Ricoh SG3110DN has an error message that means paper jam. It was printing perfectly until the error message.
I took it to a local printer repair company who cleaned and tested it. They...
No CD with the SG500, just a download link. You'll be lucky to find an SG400 now, although there's probably a few knocking around. Even if the software is on CD, it's still the clunky Virtuoso Print...
I believe the SG400 also used the Virtuoso Print Manager software. I you only print small volumes it would be OK.
I got one this week, installed it yesterday. A Ricoh SG3110DN died and they are discontinued now. :frown:
It's OK but it has some flaws. The driver was a nightmare to install. In the end I cheated...
We do our enamel mugs in a normal mug press (the lip stick out at the top). After wasting many mugs in the beginning, I found they needed to be done a lot hotter than ceramic mugs. We do them for 260...
We use Dye Sublimation Supplies and there's rarely a mug we can't use. It's a shame they don't stock all the colours we use.
For those we have to use Listawood and I agree with the consensus...
That doesn't stop them, they just cropped out our watermarks.
I got all ours removed within a few days. Every day they seem to nick a few more. Lord knows why eBay haven't shut them down completely.
I did an image search on a few of their listings. It seems...
I've messaged a couple of other sellers on eBay that I know. One of them has had about 30 images nicked off Amazon.

I found 12 of ours in their listings where they had nicked our pics of Amazon and created a listing using them on eBay. If you sell a popular mug on Amazon there's a...
Has been sold
Fortunately (or not) we don't need to use this compressor any more.
It could have been disastrous if he had been leaning over the press when it blew.
I eventually got a refund after repeatedly asking... but it took them far too long. The problem was that I paid...

Sorry it took me ages to find an editor to trim the file size. Look at the 18 second mark.
They have retracted the complaint against our "come to the dark side" mug after I contacted them.
Wow! Really common stuff. They seem to be representing 123T LTD.

It's worth looking at all the trademarks they have registered: http://www.bizdb.co.uk/company/brand-protection-ltd-09688872/
Mash It Up
Choose Your Weapon
Come To The Dark Side

When i searched the trademark number it showed there were objections but it must have still gone through.

I do two at a time at 180C for 360 seconds.
