I use the Novachrome ones and have found them to be of excellent quality. I have the Freesub ST210 and print them in that as the print quality on these is better in the press than a halogen oven. I...
It was this thread started by Webtrekker who got me thinking about them in the first place and there's a good few comments there from others using them talking about timings etc:...
If you're looking at an oven and wraps the one I have is one talked about on the forum from Robert Dyas: https://www.robertdyas.co.uk/daewoo-halogen-oven-with-12l-capacity (£29.99) - think they're...
Hi John
I've got the same set up as you and find that with the press you just can't get close to the top, bottom, or handle without fading issues.
The maximum length of full wrap design I...
I've just started looking into the GDPR thing and what I've got so far is (in no particular order):
If you use services like: Shopify, PayPal, Mailchimp etc you have to check they are GDPR...
According to my 12 year old maths whizz...it's an error in our maths and measurements!
We're supposed to measure the inside of the mug so the dims are: 6.5cm diameter x 6.5cm height
The maths...
Yeah it's weird...the dimensions on the site are the same as the mug I've got but the maths doesn't work out because it actually holds 200ml.
It must be magic!
They are 100% the same mugs. Same size. I've just poured 200ml into it from my trusty Pyrex jug and it fills it to the top.
If it's any help I've just tested one of my old ones of those I mentioned from BMS and it does hold 200ml.
I've had some small ones from BMS and they hold 200ml. They're Child or Espresso Mugs.

Great idea thanks!
The results are in!
Had a quick test with the Nova Chrome batch last night and goodness me what a difference!
They came boxed individually which is always a bonus but this may just be because I...
That's good to know Flowers06! They're being delivered today so I'll have a play later on and will post results just in case anyone else is interested (or it will at least save anyone else wasting...
I'm probably going to regret it but I've just spoken to Nova Chrome (as per Customprintwales comment that they had good results) and managed to order a sample set to try out rather than a full case...
That's what I'm worried about now! Shame as they seemed like a good idea when I bought them!
Ah...so I'm not the only one!
There seems to be some pretty decent finished ones for those selling on Not On The High Street, Etsy, etc... so I'm wondering now how they're doing it or where...
Hi everyone
I've searched the forum for money box suppliers and old threads suggest BMS.
However, I bought a box of 12 a couple of months ago from BMS and only just got around to experimenting...
Thanks everyone!
I'm going to buy in some of the Xpres 5013 to test but before I do can anyone who has one to hand tell me if they are coated on the inside? (As in shiny/smooth and not...
That's good to know because based on one of the other threads on the forum (can't remember who by) I've ordered an oven from Robert Dyas and some silicone wraps from Ebay!
I'm hoping, as you say,...
Hi everyone
I'm currently using the 10oz European mugs from BMS and while they look good, have a nice glaze on the inside, and feel great to hold, I'm finding that on the odd one or two I...
I'm not tech savvy in the slightest but I had a failing drive in a Toshiba laptop that I had to get the data off and I was recommended one of these:...
That's great! Thanks. It's good to find someone using the same kit I'm about to buy. And also good to know DSS are there for support too.
Ok thanks. I've read in other threads about the lack of instructions for this mug press so hoping youtube will come to the rescue on the setting up side of things!
How are you finding the print...
Hi everyone
