I have one :)
The proper way to do it is hot foil blocking, not many places do these days though.
David Sharp are by far the best I've ever used, very rarely do we ever see a problem and we send a lot of work through every week - also pay less than the £15 too!!
Ping me a PM, we do this for others already :)
Anything with an AVR will be fine. It doesn't need to be a sine wave generator to be computer safe.
Pm me some details :)
We use a soft touch matt laminate on both sides of ours so the cards look fab and also have a lovely soft velvety feel to them which adds a touch of class.
I'm after some of those silicone wraps too if anyone want to sell some :)
Depends if you want cheap nasty bags (promo bags) or decent 12oz cotton bags. We did a few hundred for a customer at Devon County Show, one lot with full colour images using TTC3.1+ and the others...
Yes you can do it directly onto the waistband, same technique as embroidery onto lycra - avoid like the plague!!!!
I did some for you in the past.
Did you get this sorted? If not drop me a PM as we can do it for you :)
Just remember that cheapest doesnt mean best and there are many variables in embroidery such as the polo garment used, thread, machine and experience all of which will change the outcome...
Sounds like an odd system and not like our OBA at all, we log in, whack in the average weight and qty and confirm and print.
As for bag colours - grey, red, blue, green and even US postal service...
Based on what??
I wouldnt say Tamija are the best at all!
Trade shows are no place for children or babies, some shows are more like a scrum for the sale rail at Tk max than a place to source products and meet suppliers. I'm taking some of my staff up on...
The sunangel's are using OKI 30x (301 etc.) series printers - the cmyk can be had for about £80! and I see no reason not to just buy their white tonors and slap them in your own cheaply purchased OKI...
In reality....nothing.
They will tell you they have been specially developed yada yada but they have branded the drivers and thats about it.
We use standard Oki's and have done for years and...
Can anyone give me a price for doing some white transfers, either on a white oki or with a versacamm/ecosol type arrangement.
They will be pressed (by us) onto cotton tote bags, sizes vary from...
I will be driving up and back in the day. I find 4 hours is usually enough for just about any show and Printware & Promotion is pretty small compared to most at the NEC.
The standard Ricoh ink is not solvent ink and it wont work on normal vinyl.
We can, if you PM us some details :)
Just watch out for the nylon and polyester ones - polyester will take the heat, nylon will melt....
We're not really doing sublimation these days as we're concentrating on other activities so i'm selling our 3D sublimation press....
Its a 3D Vacupress 5060 and is HUGE!
It works very well and...
Tonor - thats what Oki's use. Just use the tonor that comes in it with a laser transfer paper.
