DF50 Heat Press, Rock Slate printing.

    Hi,

I have just printed my first couple of Rock Slates, size 20x20 using a DF50.

The thing is the clamp is proper tight to the plate when obviously closed , but i can't get the top any higher ?

Has anyone else on here had the same problem or am i doing something wrong ?

Ps, the second one has come out ok, but the pressure is well tight to the plate.

    Cheers in advance.

    Jason

The DF50 has an adjustable platen using the black dial. Anticlockwise screw opens up the platen.

    hi,

Yes i've opened it up, anticlockwise right up to the Silver Nut.
It's way to tight on the Slate.
