RICOH 3310DN Desperate For Printing Help

    Hello Everyone

We are need of some help, this is driving me potty

I am trying to print out purple and it is purple in Photoshop and when printed it comes out a red then when pressed an even deeper reddish colour

I have set up the printer in accordance with what our supplier suggested and through Sawgrass, but to no avail, majority of colours are fine, We have a few problems with green and blues too

I have attached some images in the hope that someone can tell me what I am doing wrong

    Thank you

You might get more help if you were not infringing on a trademark.

    We are using power driver

This is a personal test print, these are not being sold for profit, so no infringement, but thanks for your comment

Are you using a RGB or CMYK colour model when generating your artwork

This is not really to do with this thread, sorry. Why do people assume that if we show an image that may be copyrighted we are out to make a quick buck. When I try a new product I tend to use an image for my kids. Normally a Disney character.
    Many thanks
    Iain

Equipment used A4 Ricoh printer, HP3085 Heat Press Graphtec cutter, Jarin mug press, CJV 30-60 solvent printer and lots of help from DSF.

Thank you, that's how I Feel i picked an image at random and changed the colour to purple as I knew we were having problems with printing, people jump in to criticize and have a go without thinking first, its quite sad if that is all they have to do all day. I have real work to do not lurk around message boards and moan

    Thanks For your input :)

BTW I don't even like Star Trek lol, someone posted it on a facebook page i just thought the image would be good to print
