High Temperature vs Low Temperature Sublimation Ink??

I have vendors telling me there is a difference between High Temperature Sublimation Ink and Low Temperature Sublimation Ink for making phone covers.
    Is there such a difference?

Ok so my next question is can you recommend a vendor who sells both film and low temp ink for this purpose of sublimating phone cases?
I have a vendor in China but I'm not sure I trust him.
I live in the United States.
By the way there are no good Sublimation forums in the US!

Interesting concept, but if this is the case why does ordinary Sawgrass SubliJetR sublimation ink work fine in the industrial 3D machines that sublimate at around 140 degrees? The inks we've supplied have never been modified and they work fine. Just an observation!

Because Rico ink is a slightly lower temperature ink than the epson, though everyone knew that.
