I know, I know another copyright post!!

I have just received the new Ralawise Directory and it has made me wonder. They are selling Official Football Merchandise which they say is ideal for personalisation. Does this mean that I can officially sell a, for arguments sake, a Chelsea branded shirt on my website for personalisation?
Not that many Chelsea shirts will sell at the moment :)
    Many thanks

There is a company who bugs me about selling those personalised football changing room shirt mugs. They have the licence and must have some agreement to licence it out further??

You can,as long as you clearly state that it is not official merchandise & you don't use logos or the name chelsea or whatever football name on the kit,so basically you can use the same colours as any football team just no logos, trademarks & so on.

Smart Mart I know I cannot produce the items myself as I have no licence but these are official items that Ralawise are saying I can personalise.

They are official merchandise and yes you can advertise it as official merchandise with personalisation. But they are not the team shirt, they are very close but not exact.

    So go for it :-)
