Coralgraph Coral Commercial 5 Multi Five Mug in One Press

A quick review for anyone that is considering one of these machines.

    Don't do it!

We bought ours in November and it's now almost completely knackered.

Firstly the screws that hold the clamps on to the base are of soft gauge metal and too short. Any pressure and they pop out. I replaced most of the screws with longer and harder ones in the first week.

Since then the bending of the small metal screw plates that are welded to the clamps have snapped off. These secure it to the base so once snapped off you can't apply any pressure at all.

Only 2 of the 5 presses on the unit are still operable. It was cheap but I thought it would last longer than 2 months. We've only put about 300 mugs through it.

It also isn't the same model that's shown on the Coralgraph website.

    What you get is this:

I would have thought you would have a case to return it for a refund myself!

I would but it's a monster at 30kg and came in a wooden crate that I didn't keep.

Also as I have replaced all the screws that kept popping out I'm sure this would have voided the warranty.

It was only £200, which is the same cost as a single cartridge for our larger format printers.

I just wanted to warn others against buying one.
