I'm having problems with my Ricoh printer and it's come up with the error code SC 28212 (call or service). Does anyone know what this means and if there is a solution I can use to fix it?
Thanks in advance.

There is a you tube video by an American company called Conde that shows you how to clear this error.

Thank you Quinsfan - I found the video on youtube and managed to clear the error and just finished realigning the print heads and all seems to be well :-) Was just coming back to update my post :-)
If you get this error and your printer is within warranty then call your supplier. The reset uses a considerable amount of sublimation ink which won't cost you anything if you go through your supplier. It can use around a 1/4 of each cartridge to reprime and flush out the tubes. That's a considerable sum of money!
Hi, thanks for your reply - it did use up a lot of ink. I bought the printer from yourselves but it was over 3 years ago so I'm guessing the warranty time has passed? I called your office today and the lady I spoke to asked me to send an email in with the error code and said she would forward it on (to the technician I think?) and try to get back to me today but I managed to get it to work. Does the error code mean the printer will need replacing soon?
I heard back from Hilary - she managed to get in touch with Sawgrass who also advised to do a reset and replacing the cartridges - luckily it's okay now (and it's worked well over the last 3 years) but I think it might be time for a new printer soon :-)
