We have been trying for months to get hold of one and quite frankly couldn't. Even had one supplier take our money and spent two months giving us the run around before we demanded our money back. We then developed our own jig which is still work in process. Our jig is super for rubber coasters but having issues with unisub hardboard ones. At the moment we do a lot of coasters and still stick with the heat tape method.

Thanks... Been told that Xpres will have them in in the UK by the end of July.

How are you doing your unisub coasters at the moment? I am fitting 6 coaster templates into a A4 sheet then cutting up into six then taping each individually. Mega time consuming when i am going through around 60 a week.

Wow that is time consuming. Although we use A3 (8 coasters at a time) I suggest you stick to 4 coasters on an A4 sheet which means you can have say a 20mm gap between them. Print out and place paper face up on table. Position coaster on top of design and use heat tape to stick down three sides. You can basically use one piece of tape for gaps between coasters. Once all stuck down then flip over and place on heat press. We can get 8 coasters fixed down in less than a minute.
