    Print area Ricoh 3110

    Hi

Can anyone tell me the print area for the Ricoh 3110? Print preview doesn't show the borders so I keep cutting part of my images off. Thinking if I know the print area, rather than open an a4 size document I can set up a custom size template. Hoping that would work?

    Thanks

I would set the print area to max in the driver. Create a document, draw a line from edge to edge both vertical and horizontal through the center of the paper. Print and measure the length of both lines. Create a box outline using the same dimensions and print. Adjust box size if necessary until all 4 borders are printed. Top margin may be larger. Add guide lines to each side and delete all the other stuff. Save as a template.

Another way is to open new document, add guides to size required including bleed, and crop to guides.
