Smash-proof mug boxes from Subli Blanks

Every time I trial a new supplier I check to see if they have any mug packaging.

I was looking for some tankards and saw some I liked on Subli Blanks. They also had some smash-proof boxes at £23 per 100. I bought 100. They are the best I've found. Super strong and white outer. Since they I've bought 2 pallets and they have been very consistent in quality. Free shipping on orders over £100 too!

We have not had a single damaged mug since switching to this packaging and so cheap.

They have lots of other goodies too. I especially like their stainless steel water bottles.

do you add anything to the mug like bubble wrap or anything?
I could do with getting the cost of packaging down to be honest.

Same here, never had any damages, I put a small piece of bubble in to stop the very slight movement on 10oz but this is overkill.

Yes these boxes are super but if you are after only 100 (which won't take you to free postage minimum amount) then you can save a few pounds by buying from Longforte and using 10% DSF discount code. With VAT and postage then the total is £31.29 as opposed to £34.80 from Subli.

That £3.50 is roughly a £3 meal deal and 100 cola bottle sweets (well in the 80's anyway!)

I've seen both and I think the Subli ones are considerably stronger. We go through 500+ a week so it's worth it for us. No bubble needed.

Interesting as it's been a quite a few years since I tried boxes, if I say I went back to airbags for international postage and Poly-boxes for UK you can guess what success I had. Breakage wasn't massive but was annoying! Maybe I shall have to revisit the idea.

I only post out using these boxes. Not one breakage so far. Use the flimsy ones for trade fairs and gift shops.

    Hi guys,

    Hope you're well!

It's true we have these smashproof boxes in stock. We know the manufacturers well so we always have huge stock and can get the lowest pricing. We can even work on some bulk pricing if need be. We've tested these ourselves as well as feedback from customers who don't use any bubble wrap when sending these out. Definitely sounds like it's saving people time and money which can only be a good thing :)

If anyone wants a free sample to try out just PM us and we'd be happy to send you one to try out. You can see information on how to use them (and to place the mug inside) on our product page here: http://www.longforte.com/single-smas...ug-mailing-box

    Kind regards,
    Jay

This is very interesting - we've only used poly boxes as I find that the money saved vs time spent building them makes them not worth it.
We buy Coralgraph polyboxes for £33 plus VAT.

I am considering revisiting these boxes though - once you've done loads do you get into a routine with making them and therefore speed up the process?

    Thanks!
