    Heat Press Problem

Hi, i wonder if anyone can help me

i'm trying to get the settings right on my heat press for when i'm trying to put an image on a t-shirt, but it comes out either very light or not clear at all.

can someone tell me what is the best setting is for this process? i don't know if i'm not putting enough heat onto it or not doing it long enough or both.

    please help

Might be worthwhile investing in an infrared thermometer to verify the temperature on your heat platen is the same as the display is showing, but assuming that is all right the normal temps are around 190 degrees C.

Most suppliers provide temp and time settings but I would go for 190 for 60 seconds, medium pressure for a sublimation t-shirt.

If you're trying to print onto a cotton tshirt then this won't work unless you're using sublimation to cotton specialist paper and polymer powder.

We would need to know your setup details, what inks and paper you are using, profile etc. Make of shirt? I'm assuming it's polyester?
