    Textile Vinyl for Hen Shirts!

We often get asked to do shirts for Hen shirts - these are likely to be wear once, maybe twice shirts so I'm not inclined to us a premium cost vinyl.

Hot Pink is the vinyl colour I need.

Where do you guys buy your textile vinyl for such use?

    Cheers

I always use Xpres but I appreciate it's not the cheapest. Usually do everything with SuperFlex but recently worked with the new Ultra Cut Turbo and it's brilliant, presses in 3 seconds at lower temp.

Forgot to say, customer wanted shocking pink (usually uses baby pink) and the Turbo is very shocking!

the difference in price is hardly worth the hassle of having 2 types of stock, - and extra time weeding, different pressing times, - my staff hate bad vinyl, - i never bought cheap again - thou a scrap of it still occasionally crops up in the bits draw - and we still curse it!

There's quite a difference in price between MDP and Xpres.

Is there quite a difference in its application - the description of MDP General textile vinyl seems to tick the boxes :)

We have a large design (usual sort of thing for hen shirts) to go on 14 black shirts.

    Regards

    John

I will look at changing my flex over, i have been using the 123 from magic touch, but now hate the feel and the thickness of the stuff compared to others (the yellow feels as thick as the t shirt itself), i can see frustration ahead when i forget which is the new and which is the old, but i need to change over will give MDP a go as they get such good endorsements on here
