No transfer on different case types

Evening people. Had a problem pressing a phone case . I've done a few IPhone 5case now but this evening tried and IPhone 6. Same picture same everything but the iPhones 6 hasn't transferred the print. The iPhones 5cases are may Where as the iPhones 6 case is glossy. Should the time and temperature be the same for both cases?? Here is re the differences first image is the iPhones 5 and second image is the iPhones 6. I'm using a 3D mini sublimation machine. 190oc for 300 seconds for both cases. Any info would be greatfully appreciated as I'm at a complete loss.

The should say the iPhone 5 cases are Matt and the iPhones 6 is glossy but it won't let me edit the thread.

Try iPhone 6 matte just to see if it's the shape or the finish. Where do you buy these cases and is it the first time you use them ?

Yea first time ive used these. I also tried a IPhone 5 glossy case so know it's not the case as this had the same result. I presume it's down to temp and time but no one replyed with what times and temps they use. Come on people. Someone must be able to help .

Do you use paper ? If yes that should be something like 360S at 180C. And the problem may come from your supplier, where do you get the cases ? It's important because some suppliers don't make the cases but resell, meaning your i5 and i6 cases may not come from the same manufacturer.
