Nope, mind you I have not had that many orders, but as I have now found a programme that will allow me to make mock-ups that look like the real thing, I am going through all my listings and offering the option of either 11oz or 15oz mugs, complete with pictures,

I doubt if they are posting boxes, but with the assistance of bubble wrap probably could be....

Thanks Social.
We don't do the El Grande boxes as a standard offering on our site but it would be quite easy for us to make them for you. We would need to cut them to order so 24 notice needed really, these would be 49p per unit.
We could also supply you the Latte warp template with your order for you to create the Latte mugs.
I hope this helps you.
thanks
Mel
Hi Mel,
Thanks for your message.
It's the 10oz mugs I'll be using, and the lattes or El Grande mugs.
Can I ask, the boxes that you can custom-make for the El Grande mugs, are they the smash-proof ones?
I recently ordered some smashproof boxes (they're great), with some 10oz durham orca mugs, from a supplier that some people on the forum had recommended (they also had a sale on for another product that I needed).
Sadly, over half of the 10oz orca mugs that I was sent out have dings and imperfections in them, that aren't acceptable quality to sell. I've been really down-heartened about this. Unfortunately I didn't check all of the mugs when they arrived, because I've been very busy. I had taken a couple out and they had seemed fine, so I took it for granted that the rest would be good (I'm new to this).
I can understand that occassionally there might be the odd one with a tiny mark on, but 75% of the mugs I ordered are non-sellable.
If I order mugs from yourself, how many mugs am I likely to encounter with these types of issues per box?
Thanks,
Sarah.
Thanks Social and Mel. I have sent a PM to Mel to get more info on the El Grande boxes. I will update as and when!
