    best lighting to weed?

as natural light fails us mid winter it can be more of a struggle to see the fine detail.
We have mixed lighting, and wonder what you thing is best.
Really bright, - but defused or derected/task?
    What colour and RI ?
    Thanks

    Following.....

I suspect a daylight lamp is the best, but am very interested to hear other views.

I am asking for specific experience with exact types of bulbs.
Lighting can be an exact science, - I have plenty of experience with mixed lighting that is a combo of lidl/ikea/old floodlamps and random led bulb changes, - and i know it can be improved on ...
Lamp technology is constantly changing, - any experts?
