We had to threaten legal action having had no refund for goods not delivered over 3 months ago. Today after weeks of chasing the refund has happened - the deadline we gave Chris. When they have stock then the service and pricing is very good but communication is absolutely terrible. Chris (owner) emails using sales@subliblanks.com so use this. There are a couple of threads on here from us about ST and their communication. At the moment then they have been selling off their stock to NeilBrothers and then buying it back when needed! Doesn't look good.
Where did you hear that bit? Would be surprised that Sublitrade were doing this but know subliblanks do pull stock from them.
Think they have bitten off more than they can chew with ST and didn't get it running smoothly way before Xmas period.
Direct from Chris. He sold ALL his shipment of tins to NB and said they buy them back at the same price we all can!
Tins? Lost me on that. It would be subliblanks stock I would think. Hope it is not another supplier in trouble though.
ST are the main importer of metal sublimation tins who we buy from. Their last shipment never made it to the ST web site and Chris said he sold all 10,000 to NB.
I see. And that is the item you can't get off Neil due to minimum spend? We just ordered of him yesterday and could have tagged some on. Alternatively, we also buy direct from the source in China where ST comes from and could add on there if ever needed (or can check if costs are worthwhile). I know it is a pain when regular stock supplies dry up.
Hi Andrew. We have ordered from Neil before (part min spend) but this time it was a top up. I'll PM you.
Seems all e-mails are going through to sales@subliblanks.com that are sent through their customer service contact on the website, with Chris doing the replies.
Looks like they're a little more behind than the 2-3 days service advises for December.
