Subli.co.uk have them I believe although they are not branded as Orca on the site. 9cm square hardboard coaster. Would think they are the same as the ones I had which were bought direct from China.

I've had a chat with Xpres today about the decline in quality. They are fully aware and are currently in talks with Unisub as there have been a few complaints. I will take a look at Subli coasters but doubt they will live up to the quality tbh. Like Olly mentioned.... If you are using the Unisub coasters and noticing a decline then stamp your feet and make your voice heard:)

I would be very interested to know if there has been any change in quality of the unisub coasters since the last comments (April)... or are they still to be avoided?
I still use them as there are no other suitable alternatives available. The only other coaster i would be comfortable using would be BMS but logistically doesn't work for me (Parcelforce).
Going through approx 800-1000 per week, any duds (usually markings on the white coaster area) i place in a pile and sent back one a month. As long as you remove the heat tape off the backing before the coaster starts to cool down you shouldn't have any tears.

I needed a new coaster this week which was a toss up between the Unisub or the BMS coaster. Both were 54p delivered, so went with the Unisub from Xpres which was delivered next morning compared to a week's wait with BMS and Parcelforce.
I had no problems with the backing on the Unisub 3/8/17 batch, using Xpres 6006 tape and removing immediately. Dust issue yes, but a quick swipe with a Scotch Brite lint remover done the trick.
Batches beyond July last year seem to have better backings Think the message got through to them eventually
