    Cool Teapots (Not Chocolate Ones!!)

Hello, and a Happy New Year!

I want to make a tea pot with my logo on, and obviously I can't do this with sublimation (more's the pity)
Any ideas how this could be done please?

    I'm considering water decals?

    Appreciate any advise!

    Thanks

    Em

I've used waterslip decals before. I put a silhouette of Elvis on a mug for my wife 30 years ago and we still have it in mint condition! Not sure how long they'd last if you used the mug for drinking from though and it needed constant washing.

You can easily cut around the printed decals with scissors, but they look much neater if cut with a profile cutter.

How complex is your logo? If it's just spot colour you might get away with cutting (or get someone to cut) a stencil and use screen printing inks. A good way is to cut a stencil and use a piece of screen behind it to stop the inks running under the stencil.
