Black spot on mug after sublimation

    Hello everyone,

I have started doing mug sublimation since couple of months. Everything was going good but today black spot (5 mm horizontal & 2 mm vertical) appears on mug after sublimation. Total there are 6 spots in vertical line. Those spots appear on same place on every mugs now.

I have tried with plain sublimation paper and plain mug also but still those black spots are showing.

    please help me guys.

Im using pneumatic mug press which i bought from coralgraph and white mugs also.

A picture or two would be helpful, as would some information on the temperatures and times.

I take it the marks don't appear on the print before it's sublimated onto the mug?

Have you checked the mug press heat blanket for marks or damage? Do the marks appear outside of the transfer, caused by gassing out maybe?
