    Our experience is don't use MyHermes. We have had too many non deliveries or goods delivered to wrong address. The drivers are self employed rather than employees of company so badically they have zero responsibility and zero care we find. Never had one mug order go missing from Royal Mail. For larger deliveries (via parcel2go) we use UPS or DPD.

    That's the same with pretty much most of the couriers now, however the other couriers do seem to take more care than Hermes. Its probably down to how much they get paid per delivery, but that is pure speculation.
