Printer ink wont dry.... Clarity bad alo

Hi guys hopefully someone will able to help...
got a ricoh 3110 printer with new refillable cartridges.
Sub ink from ebay..? And printing on magic touch crm6.2 hard surface paper....
The probs im having is the ink doesnt seem to dry on the paper.... Once printed... Stays wet for however long i leave it... Tried hairdryer... Air dry even by a fire... Just doesnt seem right... Making mug pressing impossible.... Smudges before i even start,,,!!
The second prob is clarity and colour matching from the printer.... Tried head clean nozzle clean so many times runs all the ink out,!!!
Printing at 300 dpi..., looks blobby is best way to descibe and that is just a logo... For instance....
Got a horizontal line on print... Is there a cleaner anyone knows of ?
Lastly does anyone knows of print settings for this unit in conjunction with photoshop?

    Thanks for any help given
    col

You'll also need the correct ICC profile for the ink/paper combination to enable you to print any decent quality prints from Photoshop.

Sometimes it seems like a bargain, buying from someone else rather than buying new, but if you haven't got a clue what inks are in the printer then you're going to have problems. Also, I see money boxes were part of the deal. I've had nothing but trouble with these cracking while pressing, even with boxes from different suppliers. I've given up with them now.

    Buyer beware!
