Everything looks OK.
Can you try the following:
Print something and wrap it to your mug (please make sure you print on the correct side of the dye sub paper)
Turn your mug press on and let it heat up to 180 degrees.
When it is ready put your mug in the press, do not press anything but wait until it heats back up to 180 degrees again
Press the time and let it count down 200 seconds
Post a picture of the result.

The paper has two sides, one is described see picture https://ibb.co/k1ReRF
machine and mug I warmed https://ibb.co/iJthfa then let 200sec count down to 180 degrees Celsius

So you're cooking for 200 seconds at 180c? Immediate thoughts are that this may not be sublimation ink or you're using standard mugs?

yes here 200sec boiled at 180 degrees Celsius, special mugs for sublimation.Do you think that this may be a poor ink?
Can you try pressing one more mug at an increased time of 400 seconds?

Second image shows the elements of the blanket, this can happen for a number of reasons, excessive pressure for one.
If you were using subli inks, subli mugs etc. 180/180 would give you a decent start and indication that all correct equipment is in place.
Something aint right here! Said it before, I think it's the inks.
