Is the machine plugged in? Is it at the correct temp? Are you using sublimation inks? Are your mugs suitable for sublimation?

We really need some info from you before we can help to diagnose the problem. Start by giving us details of your system, type of press, printer, inks, paper and so on.

it prints out on the sublimation paper but there is no transference onto the mug also the inks are the ones that come with the printer you have to fill up resivware

Where did you buy the printer? It doesn't sound like you have sublimation inks to me. Even if the press was too cool or mugs were faulty etc. you'd still get something....it all points to your inks.

Could I please ask what is the difference between the ink that came with the printer and sublimation ink I thought that if it was a self fill then the ink would be OK .

You have standard ink supplied with that printer and should be using specific dye based sublimation ink. Might be worth having a good read through the forum as you'll find we have all the info. you could wish for.

You'll need to source the ink, I'd personally advise you look at the startup Ricoh package as this is by far the easiest route to get you started with minimal knowledge.
