    9cm coasters

Bought some 9cm square wood coasters from listawood, do they come with a protective film as I am having a right job trying to remove it.

Just printed them and they seem to have printed ok, if there was a coating I would have thought it would have melted.

if there was a film on it the heat causes it to shrivel and then you can take it off easy.

The 9cm raw back coasters from Xpres do not have a protective film but the cork back coasters do have a film so this may be the case with the Listawood stock too.

At least with a protective film you know that no dust particles are present and so can be placed down onto paper straight away after removal. With Unisub then you can spend more time wiping away small particles that can ruin a print.
