Your safest option is to sell wholesale products to the artist. Most artists and NOTHS sellers outsource their product making to guys like us and they just despatch the orders through their online/ offline stores. When you want a cut of their profits it all gets very legal and the onus is on you to make a profit. Avoid the risk.

I also agree that to sell wholesale products to the artist is probably the best option. But I am not that experienced to say that selling to the artist is 100% the right way.

I work with a local photographer on a series of local landmarks and attractions that I put onto jigsaws, box them, picture on the front etc. She gets 10% of anything sold I pay after every sale into a paypal account.

Sounds good! Did she ask this 10% by herself or how did it work?
