Can anyone cut this for me from vinyl?

Is anyone able to cut this from vinyl for me?

I only have a silhouette cameo so it's not possible for me to do it.

It needs to be approx 120cm x 40cm wide? If you could give me a price that would be great.

I am looking at buying a larger cutter but have a bit of saving to do, lol.

Do you have the file or will it need tracing/redrawing? Assuming it's just the arcade machine? Is this garment vinyl or sign vinyl for a wall?

Sorry for the lack of info, I was rushing out of work when posting. I need it cut in sign vinyl, someone (fingers crossed) should be giving me a file, I'm not too sure if it needs tracing. It won't be exact as the picture but very close. I'm still looking into wide format vinyl cutters which fit my budget. Thanks
