    I am definitely gonna take this up with China land see if I can get some sort of prototype, but yes the panel would have to be marginally smaller than A3/A4.

    For the job I thought of it for, it'd have to be A3.

    I'll revert if this becomes a goer.

    Not if you buy the thin subiflock. :-)
    But it does become harder when printed and pressed so that could be a problem in this size.
    Other option could be the OBM from TMT. Nice and thin but a pain to cut out and place on shirt before pressing.
