    Forget about the profile for the moment. Is your AI document in RGB mode and not CMYK, as mentioned by Skye in the post above?

    As with Photoshop, your document or image needs to be in RGB mode to print correctly on the Ricoh.

    Yes I tried both but rgb mode is what is in.
