I used to buy from ebay but you can never be sure of the quality of each batch.

I must admit that I think I will go with Listawood now as I purchased a box of 11oz mugs and like the imprint on the bottom stating that it meets British Standard for dishwasher safe. I think that stamp also give confidence to customers that they have bought a quality mug.

I don't sell a lot of mugs but I think Listawood will be the first choice for me now.

We find the print on both Xpres and Listawood very good and have quite a few hundred listawood 10oz in our stock room BUT we always prefer to water dunk mugs and find only Xpres mugs can handle this whereas Listawood always crack. Xpres certainly safe option.

Using mugs from listawood just now - we always dunk in room temp water every time, NO CRACKING ever ;)

Maybe your room is hotter. We simply cannot stop the Listawood mugs (AAA) from cracking in water and actually recently having problems with the coating cracking near a fan as well. We need to cool quickly otherwise black text on the white mug continues to sublimate and gets that "smudged" look.

I get mine from Coralgraph and they are excellent, fantastic sheen off the mug when subbed. They had no stock last week so I purchased a batch from Serigraph in Dublin which are equally as good as Coralgraph.

The 10oz Listawood mugs probably crack easier because they have a lighter thinner ceramic. Most of the weight is in the base which adds a further complication of a faded bottom centimetre after printing. They also suffer from rippling and 'hidden' dents probably due to the thinner ceramic.

The Xpres mugs are much more sturdier and are slightly larger in appearance. I never get a bad print from an Xpres mug whereas I built up dozens of misprints with Listawood mugs at Christmas. Listawood's definition of a printable mug differs from my standards, so it's best to try each company and decide for yourself.
