I asked the customer to send a photo of the surcharge etc, but they have not replied.
Might just print out the wording on stickers and see what happens!

I always hide mine not worth the hassle, if you leave the shop open with just the message then its advised to move the dispatch time to cover it, then they cant open a case
Royal mail changed the way they charge for loss of stamps underpostage now Letters/Large Letters – no postage paidI had one leave feed back that they had to pay £2.00 extra because I didn't put enough postage on the envelope. Um, if that was the case, it would have been £1.76 and not £2.00, (76p large letter postage £1.00 handling fee/fine) but as I use a PPI now which is printed onto the actual address label, it is impossible for then to have received the items without a stamp on, because neither would the address be on it either.
I asked eBay to remove the comment, and got no reply!!
£1 handling fee plus outstanding postage £2 flat fee Letters/Large Letters - insufficient postage paid £1 handling fee plus outstanding postage £1.50 flat fee Small Parcel - underpaid/no postage paid £1 handling fee plus outstanding postage £3 flat fee Medium Parcel - underpaid/no postage paid £1 handling fee plus outstanding postage £1.50 plus incremental postage rounded to the nearest 10 pence

Still does not make any sense as to why they should get a surcharge of any sort when the PPI is part of the address label, also the buyer didn't send any picture of the surcharge etc, so don't know if they were telling the truth or if they got the packets mixed up?
