Vinyl onto childrens polo shirt - having a freak out :(

    Hi everyone

Why oh why do I do this to myself!!!!

Ive said I will put a design onto 20 preschool polo shirts, they want the design on the back.

Ive got 2 questions really, not sure of the best temperature and time on a polo shirt (I don't normally do t shirts) and also, they have buttons on the front so this is going to cause me an issue, is there a way around it?

    Thanks guys xx

Where ever you got the vinyl from will give a guide to for time/temps, buttons are not a problem as you're doing the back so just put a small towel inside the polo to lift the back up off the plate :)

If design is only going ion the back can you not thread the shirt on so the front hangs below the platen?

If they are preschool Justin it would be a small heat press to enable you to thread the shirt over the platen. I have used a cap press for very small shirts before, or as Scotty says just Pad them out, but remember you still need a reasonable pressure.
