ricoh sg 7100dn colour change from on screen to finished product

    Hi Guys

we have been using the ricoh sg 7100 dn for about a year been fine but we recently changed our mugs from 10oz coated ceramic mug ultra white to the 10oz Duraglaze sublimation mug but having problems with the colour profiles

as when i get the graphic with the colour i want on the screen such as

with the background as maroon it prints out on the mug as a finished product like so

as you can see it comes out more pink

    any help appreciated
    THanks

    Luke

Doesn't look like you have the correct ICC profile selected. The one in your dialogue image is sRGB.

Have a look in the Printer Profile dropdown list and see if there is a profile in there that looks like it may have come from your ink supplier. If everything has worked fine before you changed mugs then I'm assuming you have the correct profile somewhere.

These are the correct settings only for Sublijet inks, if the inks are from elsewhere you will need a custom ICC profile.

Also try changing to Relative Colometric.
