    Yeah that's tearing my hair out. I'm letting the Xpres paper dry for longer to see if it does big blocks of colour. I may have wasted time and money getting a new profile made.

    Most of our artwork is big blocks of colour and indeed the paper does need a few more minutes than TruPix to dry but we have absolutely no problem with Xpres paper apart from blocks of black. By the time the paper comes out then the black has transferred itself onto the rollers and parts of the paper left to come out. Hopefully your new profile will enlighten us to this being the issue otherwise we will continue to swap between Xpres and TruPix as they both have huge benefits.

    Well drying the paper for much longer helped and is essential I see. I don't think a profile is going to help. Having the correct media settings...best photo and plain/ matte paper will determine how much ink is delivered onto the paper.
