Mug whoahs :( printing a mostly black image

Needed to make this sample for a customer tonight, I have no idea whats gone wrong :(

It's an orca 10oz and I put it in bottom side down...190 for 8 minutes. The black at the top of the cup is faded.

Not sure what I should have done different. Why does it always happen with the things you don't want it too LOL

I don't normally use these mugs so nt sure if ive got the settings wrong or something :(

I use a press from BMS and find 170 degrees for 55 seconds on a pre heated mug is right for my pressings. 8 minutes seems like waaaaaaay too long.

Sorry just googled info on your press and it appears your press is totally different from mine...but I still reckon 8 minutes is way too long.
