What's the smallest a 24" vinyl cutter can cut?

    Hi,

I've been looking into getting a larger format vinyl cutter. I currently have the cameo 3 & I am happy with that is just that I would like to cut bigger images for wall stickers etc.

I've been looking at the various types of cutters I can get in my price range but it's hard to find out what the smallest size that the would cut? One website mentioned that the smallest it will cut is 1cm, does this sound right? Are there others out there that can cut smaller allowing for more intricate designs?
    Thanks

My Graphtec will go far smaller than that. I ran something through to test it and it was so small I couldn't read it without a magnifying glass! Certainly nearer 1mm.

CE6000-60. I just sent the file knowing it was too small as a test, I'll try and check the size but it was verrrry small!

    Thanks for that.

That's a bit out of my price range at the moment. It looks really good though.

I've got a Vector x 360 and I made some lettering for labels on sweet jars at about 3 mm but I've never tried smaller,I think most cutters will get down to that.

I've tried searching for the vector X 360 but I am unable to find any information on it?

Can anyone recommend a cheaper alternative cutter? Thanks

I had a Cmeo 2 but upgraded to a Silver Bullet. I have the 18" model but they are available up to 24". Very sturdy, professional cutter and will easily cut down to tiny sizes. https://www.thymegraphics.co.uk/

All I know is it was Australian but when I bought it it looked the same as the US cutter and you set them to Refine or Redsail in the cutting program.

Graphtec CE5000-60 cuts smaller than anything I can weed even looking uber closely with a magnifying glass in hand.
