    Amazon useless!!

Opened my new box of thermal labels from Royal Mail and it was full of clear invoice pockets, the picking slip was right, contents wrong! So what has this to do with Amazon? Well I needed them by the following day so had to buy some. Order from Amazon with next day delivery but had no idea that their idea of next day is up until 8pm today. However at 6.30pm today I get a email to say they may be few days late....yes A FEW DAYS!!!! This is even though they were apparently placed with courier yesterday.

    Amazon are falling apart.

Yeah, we've had a few prime orders not show up next day, I think where we are in County Durham is too far from Newcastle where the Amazon deliveries come from.
We rely on RM's thermal labels for so much (not just RM) that I always over order in silly quantities, along with the cable ties, so have boxes of them in stock.

Yep my policy, as I open a new box of labels I order the next box, hence opened this box.......ahh!! I shall open all boxes of labels when they arrive in future to check.

Currently have orders piled up waiting for labels to then go out in the post.

Ask your postman, mine always ask me if I need any.

We were ordering every Monday, trying to over-order to make sure we had enough in for Black Friday onwards, but they stopped coming, so we stopped ordering. We've now got Tracked 28/48 set up on our account so get daily collections, so we just ask the driver for more.

Also, I went to a presentation on Click and Drop, when they were finalising integration with NOTHS, and they said you could go to the sorting office (and I think post office) and they could log into your account and print off all your click and drop labels for you - so they must have stock of labels there, or be able to run them off for you if you're stuck.

Amazon seems to have issues at the moment with this.

social is ablaze with gamers who order the new Xbox from delivery on launch day and did not get it.

I don't know what's happening at amazon recently. Not paying sellers and not being able to deliver goods when promosed.

Now I thought that, so nipped down to my Post office where I drop the mail off, and alas not. They don't have blank labels as such, just the postage ones. The post mistress new exactly what I wanted and said she will check on her order sheets to see if they can get them. Looked blank at the idea of logging in to my account though.
