    Photo printer or Dye sub

Hi I want to take up photography again I was talking to a mate of mine and he subjected I use a Dye sub printer rather then the standard photo printers. I could do with some advice from someone who has used both type of printers. Thanks

Two different types of dye sub printers.
This site mainly covers the printing of dye sublimation ink onto transfer paper.
the other type used for photo kiosks etc. like the Mitsubishi CP-D70DW
I Serviced the older Mitsubishi units in photo kiosks before and print quality is very good. The media is about 8p per 6 x 4 print and printer is about £700
