Anybody done the switch yet?
Not planning on doing it until January for the obvious reason, but was wondering if it was smooth and straight forward.

We didn't realise this existed so thank you for heads up. How would it work with personalised gifts on eBay when it can take buyers days to send images. Does it take any NEW order and prints label or do you indicate which buyers to dispatch? Not sure how it saves times as we import orders automatically from PayPal and print PPI labels but interested to know more.
I have no idea.
I had notification that DMO will be ending during 2018 and that making the switch soon was advisable. Thanks RM for suggesting a switch with no info.
Sent a link from Rm (royalmail.com/click) which is no help at all.

We've been on C&D (switching form OBA not DMO) for a few months now, since NOTHS got integrated. It's really easy to use, especially as it pulls your orders in from Ebay, Amazon, NOTHS, Etsy, Woo, Shopify etc, and when you book a delivery/label in it despatches it from the website too - it waits til you want to print a label to do anything, so don't worry abotu waiting on customers - you can automate some processes - like once it knows the weight/parcel type for a product, it remembers for next time, ou can also set up automation rules etc. You also get delivery confirmation on parcels and large letters (on CRL code), and you need to move to C&D if you want to use Tracked 24/48 services (which are fully tracked, and include daily collections)

I'm assuming that you can't give yourself any leeway with integrated click and drop? So if you are required to despatch an item within 2 business days, but it takes you 3-4 days before you can, you can't 'blame the post' ?
