    Newbie - hot advice needed!

    Hi all

I am new to this game and looking at setting up mug and T-shirt presses. Has anyone got any recommendations for the best intro level kit to get and where to get it from. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Nick

Depends on your budget, loads of threads on here to help you with this (See similar threads box above and try the search function)

If you have the budget and want a tried and tested way to get printing quickly, go for one of the Sawgrass packages, SG400 etc. Adkins Studio mug press is my weapon of choice.

Adkins/Pressmech for your flat bed but these aren't cheap so again you might want to shop around

Plenty of cheaper options that would do the job but worth spending wisely in the first place so you don't have to replace everything soon after!

For £10 a year we have a Premium Membership and you'd get a discount with a couple of key suppliers, Listawood for example knock 10% off everything so this repays itself immediately and more besides.

Many thanks for your reply. Budget needs to be as reasonable as possible! I have heard that cheap buys are not going to last so looking to consider kit that will last a bit and produce reliable service!
Will look into the suggestion you have made - sounds good! Will also bear in mind the membership to DSF when I go ahead.
    many thanks
