Got the result, every thing is perfect on our side, perfect printing result. its PC 80% polyester 20% cotton with 250~ 260 GSM

the price with the DHL courier ( Door to door) would be 15 pounds, 12 pounds for ex works. ( without any sort of printing or embroidery) individually packed in a ploy bag.

    Cheers

    Jawad.

Thanks Mughal but there may be import duty to pay on top of these prices, making them more expensive than ones already sourced from the UK

Well, when i send you through DHL you have nothing to pay. u'll simply get a parcel at your door all the duties would be included in it. whats the price you are getting in UK already?
If the quantity is in bulk ( 50 pcs ~ 100 or more) the price would be more less. i'll get in touch with the shipping company to get the info about the import duties you have to pay in UK and try my best to bring the price at low.
what the best price that suits you?

When I've bought items from abroad, DHL have always charged me duty and a handling fee for the duty even though what I was bringing in was in the zero category as far as customs and excise were concerned.
