You cannot sub onto cotton - i'd use sub t' shirts (polyester coated) or ones with a very high count of polyester.
200 degrees @ 30 secs for the xpres subli shirts
God knows why I asked that, probley because I made a note to myself to ask my other half if I could nick one his t.shirts to sublimate on, but forgotten that it had to be mixed, had a lost memory moment I think, what is the CHEAPEST place to buy these.
