sewn in labels on printed on labels ?? if sewn in then there are some embroidered ones on ebay that are great, good service and the stitching detail is very fine. search "relabeling services"

I had my own labels made and then used Jami Q's to replace the existing labels, excellent service.

Yes several companies out there to do this. Might be best to find a local company as you have to send tshirts to them, they remove existing label, stitch in new label and send back to you.

When we did them i'd repeat the design about 6 times in a line leaving approx 2" inbetween each then with one print you'd have 6 labels. Simples
