    Pre cut mug labels

AARRGGGHHHH!!!!! I'm pulling my hair out here!!

Im trying to use pre cut mug labels in a Ricoh 3300, but i just cannot get all the image on the paper, If i try Portrait it misses the ide edges off and if i try landscape i only get half the image!! What am i doing wrong.

As a former IT Manager I should really know this

    Thanks

I dont seem to have that option, I managed to get some sort of result by telling the printer it had envelopes in.
