Depend on the logo but should be perfectly feasable. I'd screen print that many myself, it's a lot of weeding :-) If its white shirts you could sublimate or use a good transfer paper.

Thanks Justin but I don't have a screen printer. I use Yolo paper and vinyl but I see a lot of people are using cheap Tesco paper?
Not sure how to do the 2 colour vinyl? I want to please this customer as he has spent a lot of money with me. Don't know yet what colour tees.

I haven't tried this but spoke with BMS today who were talking about it and sounds pretty incredible. Apparently allows you to do sublimation on 100% cotton http://www.printerowners.co.uk/subli...ublicotton.htm
Anyone used it yet to give review?

Need more info, colour of shirts, can you show us the logo? 2 colour vinyl is possible but a lot of weeding, 100 x each colour, 200 transfers etc. Sublimation possible if white shirts.

Sometimes you're better off contracting these numbers out for screen printing, maximum profit and minimum work. Other option could be DTG
