As paul says its a glorified desk lamp - just put a piece of paper over the desk lamp to create a soft box :)

Well i am here i just want to say you that the best photography lighting is flash lights is in your studio which you have manually add in your studio and make the best photo studio for lighting for photo capturing i am also a member of this type a photo studio........
