    Hi plugy
Im by no means an expert on photo shop but this is how i do it someone else may come along and tell you an easier way but here goes. where you would normally have your image ready on the screen go to select all at the top of the page. you would now normally go to copy then paste. instead of copy select copy merged. Then go to File select (new) a dialogue box will open where it says preset ( clipboard) change to international paper go to size change to A4 click ok you should now see a new blank page go to( paste ) you now have your selected design you can now just copy and paste any further images you wish as normal by just dragging in to the position you want told you i was no expert but hope this makes sense to you if not repost and will try and explain better Paul is probably the best man for this he would normally put up some form of graphic for you but hope it helps.

    sammy.
