lower the temp to 180 degrees and up your time 180 seconds.
Make sure the press is set on Centigrade.

If at first you don't succeed, read the manual.
I have now set press to 240 and for 180 seconds and still the prints are dull.
When they are printed they are dull, maybe here lies the problem.
I am useing heat sub paper with epson p50, i have tried setting the paper to matt and photglossy, set to best photo and still very dull when printing am now stumped.
temp is way to high bud - 180-190c for 180sec - and yes, make sure its in centigrade
refer to your manual
what kind of paper are you using bud ?
and -
are you printing on the right side of the paper ???????
